Moty's Design was established in 2000 by Mr. Moty Law. We concentrate on projects in both residential & commercial area over Hong Kong, Macau & Mainland China. Our design philosophy is to maintain hierarchy of spaces, textures, comfort and quality. We also offer related project management and decoration services.

SPACE AUDITING

Review the space & dimension allowed under current building plans to ascertain brief, design directives and requirement given by our clients for the development.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

Propose schematic design concept with renderings, plans, images and material samples, etc.

TENDER DRAWING

Prepare construction documents in the form of working drawings. Finish schedules developed in such a form as to communicate the desired results of the project for interior design and decorative features.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Ensure the proper execution of site works accordance with the original design concept, working drawings & specification.

DECORATION SERVICE

Provide services in furnishing purchase, fitting-out and real scene decoration upon client request.
